My Experience
I've been in the salon industry since 2011, working with brands like Carlton Hair, Regis, Kerastase, Bumble & Bumble, Epicuren, Dermalogica, and Goldwell to create resources for salon and spa professionals, managers, and owners.
My work has allowed me to collaborate with private and corporate beauty and wellness businesses, helping stylists, estheticians, colorists, and business owners unlock their success. The salon world captured my heart from the moment I stepped into it. However, I noticed a disconnect in the salon and spa world regarding the business details.
That's where I cut my teeth – learning to manage and grow salon businesses, then bringing that education to owners and stylists in a way that impacts how they serve their clients, build loyalty, and grow the administrative and sales side of their business.
My passion for technology and education in marketing and information technology have given me a unique perspective on how salon and spa management systems can help or hinder salons and spas, depending on the user experience, service, and support.
