Just the brands feel very different. GlossGenius is all about beauty and the experience of their (and your) brand. Vagaro feels more corporate as it also caters to a broader base of customers than beauty professionals.
Vagaro comes with many more features than GlossGenius. GlossGenius is instead focused on making it easy to find and use its features without spending much time learning the tool.
But probably the more considerable difference is the team support available. Although you can have team members set up in GlossGenius, the features available are limited.
